Picasso Hire is a solution of nectarflow®, a decision intelligence company based in Scottsdale, Arizona.
This notice applies when you:
- visit picassohire.com or interact with us on social media
- access or use the Picasso Hire platform
- register for or attend an event or webinar we host or take part in
- contact our support team
- do business with us
- otherwise communicate with us
2. What we collect
Information you give us
- Name, business email, phone, job title, organization, country, and address
- Account and login information for the platform
- Billing and payment information
- Messages you send us, support requests, chats, and event registrations
- Preferences and accessibility requests you make in connection with an event
Information generated when you use the platform
- Actions taken in the platform, features used, files accessed, and content viewed
- Configuration choices your organization makes
- Workflow data, system configuration, and hardware information
- Logs and audit records
Information collected automatically
- IP address, device type, browser details, operating system, referring page, and approximate location derived from IP address
Information from other sources
- Your employer, if it is our customer or partner and provides you with access to the platform
- Event organizers, webinar hosts, and content syndication partners, where you agreed to the sharing
- Publicly available sources and third-party business databases
3. How we use it
- Providing, operating, securing, and supporting the platform
- Creating and administering accounts
- Billing, payment, and account administration
- Responding to your questions and providing support
- Sending service, technical, and administrative messages
- Understanding how the platform is used so we can improve it
- Marketing and events, subject to your consent where required
- Detecting, preventing, and addressing fraud, abuse, and security incidents
- Meeting legal obligations, enforcing our agreements, and establishing or defending legal claims
AI and automated processing. We do not use AI to analyze customer or website information. AI-assisted analysis is used only within the Picasso Hire assessment, which is a separate process and is not covered by this notice.
We do not sell your personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use customer or website information to train AI models.
4. Legal bases
- Contractual necessity. Processing necessary to perform a contract with you or your employer.
- Legitimate interests. Maintaining and improving the platform, securing our operations, and communicating with you.
- Consent. Where required by law, including for marketing.
- Legal obligation. Where processing is necessary to comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
You can withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing that already took place.

We require all recipients to protect your information in accordance with applicable privacy law and our contracts with them.
6. How long we keep it
We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purposes described in this notice, or as long as the law requires. When we no longer need it, we delete it or irreversibly anonymize it, unless we are legally required to keep it.
7. Security
We maintain administrative, technical, physical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect the security, confidentiality, and integrity of your information.
If a security incident affects your personal information, we will notify you and, where required, the relevant authority, in line with applicable law and our customer agreements.
8. Your rights
Everyone. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information, and you can ask us to stop sending you marketing.
US state privacy laws. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what we collect, access it, correct it, delete it, obtain a portable copy, opt out of sale or sharing or targeted advertising, opt out of certain profiling, limit the use of sensitive information, and appeal a decision on your request.
We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
If you are in the EEA or UK, you also have rights to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, to withdraw consent, and to complain to your supervisory authority.
Making a request. Contact us at [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before we can act on your request. We will respond within 45 days and will tell you if we need more time.
We will not treat you differently for exercising these rights.
9. Children
The platform is intended for business use and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
10. Changes to this notice
We will post a new version here with a new date and version number.
Where a change materially affects how we use your information, we will provide notice before it takes effect, by email or in the platform.
